Shadow - Hellish Chaos

Continuing the Hedgehog theme, it's Shadow!

This wallpaper started with a render for the Shadow the Hedgehog game (this shot, but a larger version from a different source). Much big help from the Flame render effect in The GIMP (the same algorithm as what's behind Apophysis) for the background, and a healthy dose of Curves color adjustment to match the hellish tones.


Shadow is of course the copyright of them Sega guys.
The image was downloaded from the Sonic Art Archive, though at the moment the site seems to be down.
